What is PCB and PCBA?

PCB (Printed Circuit Board) is the base platform for carrying and connecting electronic components. PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) is the process of soldering electronic components onto the PCB to form a complete functional board.

What types of PCBs do you offer?

We offer a wide range of PCBs, including: single-sided, double-sided, multi-layer boards (up to 32 layers), flexible PCBs (FPC), rigid-flex boards, high-frequency boards, HDI boards, and metal-based boards (such as aluminum and copper substrates).

What assembly services (PCBA) do you support?

We provide the following PCBA services: SMT, DIP, mixed assembly, BGA/QFN/CSP precision soldering, post-solder testing (AOI, X-Ray, ICT, functional testing), and component sourcing with substitution suggestions.
